Please carefully read these Terms of Use and legal descriptions ("Terms") before using this web site, as use of the web site and participation in Healing Strides’ BLOGs, teleconferences and teleseminars are conditional upon acceptance of these terms. Introduction
HealingStrides.com is owned and operated by Healing Strides, LLC (“Healing Strides”). These terms apply to www.HealingStrides.com and other features that are accessible by, downloadable through, or related to and owned by Healing Strides, LLC (collectively, the “Site”). These terms govern your use of our website. By accessing or using the Site, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use our website. In some instances, both these Terms and separate terms of service (that set forth additional conditions) may apply to a service or product offered via the Web Site ("Additional Terms"). To the extent there is a conflict between these Terms and any Additional Terms, the Additional Terms will control unless the Additional Terms expressly state otherwise. Intellectual Property Rights

You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website provided that you do not modify, reproduce, sell, create derivative works from, or publicly disseminate to any third party or on any third-party web site, or otherwise use the Materials in any way for any public or commercial purpose without prior express written notice from Healing Strides.
Healing Strides reserves the right to modify the license granted in these terms and may add, change, discontinue, remove or suspend any of the Materials at any time, without notice and without liability. This Web Site is intended for an audience that is at a minimum thirteen (13) years of age; some content may be deemed inappropriate by some parents for teenage audiences. Parental guidance is recommended.
Your Content
The Web Site may invite you to participate in blogs, telephone conferences, telephone seminars and other functionality to create or post content and materials to the Web Site, including, without limitation, text, writings, photographs, graphics, audio recordings, comments, suggestions or personally identifiable information (collectively, “User Content”).
You agree that either:
- your User Content is exclusively owned by you including the right to grant all of the rights and licenses in these Terms; or
- all individuals who contributed in any way or have any rights to your User Content have granted you permission to submit and license your User Content to Healing Strides as set forth herein, with full understanding and agreement that Healing Strides may use it in any manner whatsoever.
In either case, without Healing Strides incurring any third party obligations or liability arising out of its exercise of the rights granted herein by you:
You grant to Healing Strides the unconditional, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual and royalty-free right and license to host, use, copy, distribute, reproduce, disclose, display, perform, transmit, publish, broadcast, modify, make derivative works from, reformat, translate or otherwise use in any manner whatsoever, all or any portion of your User Content, for any purpose whatsoever; and to advertise, market and promote same. You further agree that Healing Strides is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in any User Content you send to the Web Site or Healing Strides, for any purposes whatsoever, including, without limitation, developing, producing, marketing and otherwise exploiting products and/or services using such User Content; and without remuneration of any kind. You further perpetually and irrevocably grant Healing Strides the unconditional right to use and exploit your name included in any User Content and in connection with any User Content, without any obligations to you. You further authorize Healing Strides to publish your User Content in a searchable format that may be accessed by users of the Web Site and the Internet. Except as prohibited by law, you waive any rights of attribution in any User Content you submit, even if such User Content is altered or changed in a manner not agreeable to you.
Healing Strides has no obligation to monitor or enforce your intellectual property rights to your User Content but has the right to protect and enforce its licensed rights to your User Content.
Except as otherwise described in the Web Site's posted Privacy Policy, you agree that your User Content will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and will not be returned. You should also be aware submissions of User Content may not be secure, and you should consider this before submitting any information to Healing Strides.
You acknowledge and agree that Healing Strides will not have any obligation to review, monitor, or display any User Content and that Healing Strides may alter, remove or refuse to use User Content without notice to you. You will not have the right, once posted, to maintain or otherwise use such User Content.
Restrictions on Your User Content and Your Behavior
As a user of the Web Site, you agree that your User Content and your behavior on the Web Site will NOT:
- include profanity, obscenity, pornographic, sexual or otherwise objectionable content or language;
- defame, mock, harass, intimidate or mentally or emotionally abuse anyone;
- promote or describe violence; or
- violate the personal or intellectual property rights of any party, or constitute illegal activity.
In addition, your activities on the Web Site or in connection with the Materials will NOT:
- include any offensive remarks relating to gender, religion, race, national origin, sexual preference or physical handicap;
- reveal any personal information about another person such as their address, phone number, e-mail address, credit card number or any information that may be used to track, contact or impersonate that individual;
- attempt to impersonate any other party or to defraud or mislead other users;
- solicit money or promote or sell any product, service, or marketing scheme;
- insult, disparage, or otherwise harm, in Healing Strides’ opinion, Healing Strides, their employees, their partners, their directors and/or the Materials;
- violate these Terms or any applicable governmental law, regulation or other requirements or restrictions posted by Healing Strides on the Web Site;
- upload or attempt to transmit viruses, spyware, or other malware or material that might interfere with the use or operation of the Web Site, the Materials, or the User Content or withthe privacy of the Web Site visitors;
- upload, transmit or attempt to launch any computer software, scripts or material designed to access and collect images or other Web Site content or to launch any unauthorized script or cover or obscure any portion of any page on the Web Site;
- disguise the source of your User Content or other information you submit to the Web Site; and/or
- interfere with or attempt to bypass any security feature or any other operational feature of the Web Site.
User Interactions and Disputes
You agree to exercise common sense and thoughtful judgment in your interactions with others in teleseminars, teleconferences, and in Web Site activities. You are solely responsible for your interaction with other users of the Web Site. We are not responsible or liable for the conduct of any user. We reserve the right but are not obligated to monitor or become involved in disputes between you and other Web Site users.
Limitations of Liability
Although we strive to ensure the validity of information on this Web Site, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy nor do we commit to ensuring the website remains available or that the material on this website is kept up-to-date.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions (including, without limitation, the conditions implied by law of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and the use of reasonable care and skill).
Our liability is limited and excluded to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising under these terms and conditions or in connection with the Web Site, including without limitation any loss of profit, contracts, business, goodwill, data, income, revenue or anticipated savings.
Third Party Links and Content
For your benefit, the Web Site or other communications from Healing Strides may provide links to other world wide web sites or other resources. Healing Strides may have no influence over such third party sites and content that we do not control, maintain or endorse. You expressly acknowledge and agree that Healing Strides does not endorse, is not responsible, and it not liable for availability, content, advertising, products, or other materials of such external sites or resources or their policies, products, services, actions, failures or problems. Your actions with others found on or through the Web Site are solely between you and the third party.
Policy on Linking to Our Web Site
Healing Strides grants you the revocable permission to link to the Web Site provided, however, that the location on which the link resides must easily permit you to manage such link subject to these Terms and must NOT:
- frame or create a browser or border environment around any of the content on the Web Site or mirror any part of the Web Site;
- imply that Healing Strides or our Web Site endorses or sponsors others’ products, unless Healing Strides has granted prior written approval;
- present false information about, or ridicule, insult or otherwise tarnish, in Healing Strides’ opinion, harm Healing Strides or its products or services;
- use any Healing Strides logos, taglines, trademarks or service marks without the prior written permission from Healing Strides; and
- contain content that could be construed as distasteful, offensive, controversial or otherwise objectionable (in Healing Strides’s opinion).
Healing Strides also reserves the right to prohibit linking to the Web Site for any reason at our sole discretion even if the linking complies with the requirements described above.

The content of the Web Site includes copyrighted materials, trademarks and other proprietary information, which may include text, downloadable documents, software, graphics, photos, audio, and video materials. Healing Strides owns a copyright in the use of such materials, as well as in the content original to Healing Strides. All other trademarks, service marks and logos used on this Web Site, with or without attribution, are the trademarks, service marks or logos of their respective owners.

We may revise these terms from time-to-time. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
Entire Agreement
These terms, together with our privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Healing Strides and supersede all previous agreements in respect to your use of the Web Site.
Law and Jurisdiction
These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with Colorado law, and any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
The Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Healing Strides agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Arapahoe county, Colorado.
Waiver and Severability of Terms
The failure of Healing Strides to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms remain in full force and effect.
