Confidentiality Policy

Healing Strides EAP sessions are offered at private equestrian facilities at Colorado front-range locations and scheduled to provide best efforts to safeguard confidentiality of the client and the session. All information gathered by Healing Strides is strictly confidential and protected under Colorado State law as well as under certain Federal laws. You can have the utmost confidence that what you disclose to us stays within our organization. However, under Colorado law we are required to protect your safety and the safety of others. If you indicate to us that you are imminently suicidal, homicidal or gravely disabled by psychological symptoms, we must notify emergency personnel to intervene. Also, if you give us information about the abuse of a child, we are bound by law to report that abuse to the authorities.
